Frequently Asked Questions

Same-day tooth pain Nairobi patients rely on, plus straight answers about cost, insurance, and what to expect at your visit.

Do you accept NHIF?

Yes. We help you use your NHIF cover — just let us know when you book, and we'll confirm what's covered before you arrive.

Do you accept other insurance besides NHIF?

Yes — we also accept AAR Insurance, Jubilee Health Insurance, Britam. Bring your card and we'll handle the rest.

Will it hurt?

We use local anesthesia for all procedures, so you should feel little to no pain during treatment. Tell us if you're nervous — we slow down and explain every step before we do it.

How much does a teeth cleaning cost?

A standard scale and polish ranges from KES 2,500–4,500, depending on the amount of buildup. See our Services page for a full price-range table.

I have a bad toothache right now — can you see me today?

Yes. We keep same-day slots open for dental emergencies. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll fit you in as soon as possible.

What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday – Saturday, 8 am – 6 pm.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Booking ahead (online, by call, or WhatsApp) guarantees you a slot, but we do accommodate walk-ins when we have space — call ahead if you can.

I'm nervous about the dentist — can you help?

Absolutely. Many of our patients tell us they were scared beforehand. Let us know when you book, and we'll take things slowly, explain every step, and stop any time you need to.
